Last week we packed up the caravan and set off on the long journey back to the UK. Luckily the sun was out while we packed the Isabella awning away and for the first time ever we didn’t get stressed with packing. After years of travelling with the caravan I think we have finally mastered the art of packing things easily and quickly. We gave ourselves lots of time so that we didn’t feel rushed and it really paid off which meant we hit the road feeling relaxed. Simon was a trooper and drove the whole way from Austria back to the campsite in the New Forest. The closer we got the England, the colder the temperature got! We started off in 18+ degrees in Austria and were greeted by a crisp 11 degrees when we got to the white cliffs of Dover 😦 I will write a more detailed post on the journey and our time in the new Bailey Pegasus Brindisi. If you haven’t already you can read about our adventures over on the Bailey Blog.
This is our view for the next few months and it isn’t exactly the worst place to be! 🙂
